Summary: The location was great and the hotel offered good value for money. However, our room faced a construction site, and the noise was terrible — it continued until midnight and started again around 6 a.m. The window couldn’t be opened, so when we cooked inside, it was hard to ventilate the room. I complained to the hotel about the construction noise, but there was no response (communication is only available via WhatsApp). They only replied the next day when I asked for more towels, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. They eventually moved us to another room, but even though we were two people, we were assigned a two-room unit that actually felt smaller. The window frames were dusty, the showerhead was broken, and the TV in the new room wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection on our phones was also extremely slow. Overall, while the location and price were good, the poor noise control, lack of proper communication, and unreliable Wi-Fi made our stay disappointing.
